Stroud Awarded Gold Green Tree Award

As part of our Outdoor Learning Programme, our children have been exploring our woodland, learning about habitats and completing conservation work such as tree planting and dead hedging. The Woodland Trust, recognising our hard work, has awarded us a Gold Green Tree Award.

Additionally, our current Year 6 completed their Royal Forestry Society’s Junior Forester Award last year and have now been presented with badges they can proudly wear on their blazers.

We look forward to continuing this work this year as we strive to steward lasting positive and productive relationships between our children and the natural environment.
