Co-Curricular at Stroud

At Stroud we believe that ‘school’ should be so much more than academic lessons in a classroom and we are hugely proud of our co-curricular provision. Across our school, our children are offered a fantastic selection of clubs to see them through the Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.

Our Stroud children have more than 70 co-curricular activities to choose from. These, all led by Stroud teachers and outside agency staff, offer an array of exciting subjects and sporting opportunities: from The Performing Arts to Skiing, Ballet to Adventure Club and Snorkelling to ComputerXplorers!

After school clubs are incredibly important for our children as they allow them to enjoy socialising with friends, or make new friends in an informal, relaxed setting, learn new skills and experience something they may never have tried before in a safe environment. Clubs continue to go from strength to strength at Stroud. It is wonderful to see the children gaining new experiences and trying out a hobby for the very first time that perhaps, and hopefully, will stay with them for a lifetime.
